Apricot Glazed Chicken Skewers

So I came home from work today thinking “What am I going to fix for dinner”? I had taken out some chicken breasts but had no intention of doing the typical season and roast deal. I wanted something a little more exciting so I decided on chicken skewers; or kabobs as some might call them. I have to say that these skewers turned out amazing!  So when you’re seeking something other than the “same old chicken”, give this a try. Cheesy Baked Focaccia Bread with Sweet Onions & Basil

Marinara sauce for the focaccia bread

3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
2 ½ Tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper
1-28oz can crushed tomatoes
